The Rev. Dr. Helen Svoboda-Barber, LCMHCA (she/her) is an Episcopal Priest, Leadership Coach and Mental Health Therapist.

She brings to this work 23 years of full-time parish life in varied-size congregations in three provinces of TEC; over 500 hours coaching clergy and other leaders; and insight from her therapy private practice.

Helen is the founder of We Embody Executive Leadership (WEEL), a cohort model for discerning a call to the episcopate. She is a US founding mother of Leading Women and Leading from the Margins, conferences for women, transgender, and 2-Spirit clergy to develop skills and discern calls to executive leadership. She is also a thought partner in the development of The Beloved Community at the Trees, an Episcopal faith community exploring together what a life of faith "outside of a Church" may be.
