Coaching & Spiritual Direction
Three individual coaching/spiritual direction meetings will be available to each cohort participant in the first year. For those who continue on to a second year, three to five sessions will be available to each participant pair in their congregational context to offer one-to-one support for greater depth and pastoral presence.
